Every class is uniquely crafted to combine powerful workouts with so many elements of fun sprinkled throughout. Being a member here has reminded me of how much joy moving my body can bring, and I’m so grateful to the entire team (especially to the owner Mona, who is an absolute energizer bunny of inspiration) for creating this magical space!
