Small Group Fitness

Working in a small group setting allows our coaches to tailor movements to your specific needs while you benefit from the motivation of a shared workout. Whether we are focusing on functional strength or metabolic conditioning, you’ll find a welcoming environment that prioritizes your form and your progress, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

TRX

This class mixes TRX suspension training with weights and bands to get your heart rate up and your muscles burning. We utilize HIIT and Tabata intervals to leave you feeling empowered and strong. There are always modifications offered for all levels to ensure a great workout.

Back, Abs, and Hips

Build your power from the inside out by focusing on your center of stability. This class helps you understand and strengthen the core areas that support your daily movement. Exercises are taught with an all-levels approach, including options to adjust intensity to fit your body’s needs.

Fit & Flexy

Meet in the middle with a class that combines fun fitness “shenanigans” with dedicated mobility work. You’ll build strength and cardiovascular health while taking care of your nervous system through foam rolling and stretching. It is the perfect way to reach your flexibility goals without the high intensity.

Stable & Strong

Emphasizing a strong core and total-body toning, this class keeps you balanced and powerful. Expect playful, interactive exercises that keep the routine fresh and engaging so you never get bored. While mostly bodyweight-based, we occasionally use equipment to help you control your own workout intensity.

Rebel Recess

Experience a workout that feels less like a bootcamp and more like recess! This unique approach uses strength, agility, and short cardio bursts within partner games and lively activities. Come with a playful spirit and an open mind for a moderate workout that proves fitness can actually be fun.
