You’ll build strength and cardiovascular health while taking care of your nervous system through foam rolling and stretching. Emphasizing a strong core and total-body toning, this class keeps you balanced and powerful. Expect playful, interactive exercises that keep the routine fresh and engaging so you never get bored. While mostly bodyweight-based, we occasionally use equipment to help you control your own workout intensity.
