Take this opportunity to exercise outdoors in the open air of beautiful Joaquin Miller Park in Oakland with us!
Fitness classes aren’t the point
Don’t get me wrong, we LOVE seeing you show up for classes (or training sessions) with us. But what we do together at the studio is just a stepping stone to your real life fitness.
We design our sessions to support your everyday movements that make moving through life easier and more pleasurable!
When you bend over to lift that heavy bag of potting soil to load into the trunk of your car, you’re putting to use the strength you’ve built and the postural awareness you’ve developed by training with us. Small triumphs like this mean more time nurturing your garden and not lying on an ice pack because you strained your back.
Let’s exercise and connect with nature outdoors in Oakland!
This Sunday you’ll have a chance to celebrate many of the skills you’ve developed with us by taking it all to the verdant trails of Joaquin Miller Park. We have an experience so unique to share with you and I’m wiggling with excitement just thinking about it!
Carrie Noel, personal trainer and health coach for Bliss, will be partnering with me on this. Here’s a sneak peek at what we have in store:

- Fun-fueled mini-circuit to prime your cardiovascular system wake up your body
- Sensory immersion hike with prompts to engage your senses and connect with nature
