Class Descriptions

Our group fitness classes aren’t cookie-cutter workouts – we like to keep our sessions fun, funky, and unique. You will still find the modalities you’re familiar with, like circuit-based training, TRX, HIIT, yoga, and mat Pilates…but some of them come with a twist. Our classes often include partner work or other group participation activities to foster a sense of community.

TRX Stable & Strong

This class emphasizes building and maintaining a strong, stable core while toning all muscles to keep you balanced, lean, and powerful in all the ways you move your body.
This class will include a significant amount of TRX exercises to engage your core and build strength. Additionally, you can expect a variety of techniques that may be drawn from (pilates mat, yoga, barre, muscle sculpting and core conditioning) to subtly and actively challenge you.

 

PilaTease (TM)

This is not your mother’s mat class.
Pilates mat principles combine with burlesque and exotic dance conditioning in a fun workout that will target your core and tone the entire body. Free your inhibitions in a safe setting that allows you to channel your sexy in a judgement-free zone.
Set in our candlelit studio with some of the sexiest jams around, this low impact class is the perfect way to end your Monday.

Please bring a yoga mat for this class. We have mats for rent if you don’t have your own.
P.S. You should totally bring your mother.

 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Find your flow with us in this all-levels vinyasa class.
Set to music, you will be guided through a creative sequence of poses, linked by mindful breathing. This meditation in motion will safely help you build strength, stability, and flexibility.
These classes help you tune in to the rhythm of your body and leave you feeling empowered.
None of our yoga classes are hot yoga/heated classes.

Please bring a yoga mat for this class. We have mats for rent if you don’t have your own.

 

TRX

Build and maintain a strong, stable core while toning all muscles to keep you balanced, lean, and powerful in all the ways you move your body.
This classes mixes TRX suspension training with other modalities that will get your heart rate up, your face smiling, and will leave you feeling empowered in your body!

 

Rest & Release Yoga

Gentle movements to release tension and soothe the nervous system. Restful poses encouraging deep relaxation and restoration.
This class goes at a slow pace to encourage a calming effect.

Rebel Recess

“Less like bootcamp, more like recess.” Because we think workouts can be fun, but still deliver an ass-kicking.
This unique approach to fitness takes strength, agility, balance, and short burst cardio exercises and puts them to work within partner exercises, good-natured games, and other lively activities.
This is not a cookie-cutter class, so come with an open mind, a playful spirit, and a willingness to engage with other students.

This is a moderate workout.

Deep Flow Yoga

Deedee’s Deep Flow class consists of a moderate paced yoga sequence that incorporates meditation techniques (dhyana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and a flowing sequence of bodily postures (asana) to cultivate a healthy body and mind. The class works to melt tension, build strength (particularly in the core), as well as promote circulation throughout the body. With hands on assists and an injury sensitive approach to yoga, Deedee hopes to provide you with a juicy foundation to increase your self care, balance and flexibility practice on or off the mat.
