This is the mindset that we love to witness as clients stay dedicated to their growth with us. This can mean choosing heavier weights or sticking with an exercise until your body is ready to give up, not just your mind. Your mind will always surrender before you’re truly at your max, so by challenging your mind you will challenge your resilience mentally and physically!
